By accessing or using the Fast Trucking Compliance website and services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Cryp Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Fast Trucking Compliance provides filing and processing services for FMCSA and DOT compliance requirements, including but not limited to BOC-3 process agent designation, UCR registration, Form 2290 HVUT filing, MCS-150 biennial updates, operating authority applications, permit services, and authority reinstatements.

We are a filing service provider, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Our services consist of preparing and submitting regulatory filings on your behalf based on information you provide.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are listed on the applicable filing portal at the time of purchase. All prices listed are service fees; government filing fees may apply separately and are clearly disclosed before payment. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.

5. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided for filings. We file documents based on the information you submit. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or penalties resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

6. Processing Times

While we strive to process filings within the timeframes stated on our website, processing times are estimates and may vary based on government agency response times and workload. We are not responsible for delays caused by government agencies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Services are owned by Cryp Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Services without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryp Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific filing in question.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that filings will be accepted or approved by any government agency.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
